Hi Ladies! This weekend has been hectic but I am so glad I got to scrap before another week starts. We lost electric power since last night because of an accident that happened in town. There was a huge truck that slammed onto an electric post. So my hopes of creating a LO last night was too dim. Get it? Dim. Well, OK, so much for making a joke out of it LOL. But I’m glad the power is back on and I was able to scrap two pages this afternoon.
I forgot to mention that one of my layouts was featured in Monique’s Scrappin’ Blog last week in her Layout Recipe post #59. Thanks Monique! :)
In addition to that, I would like to share some pages I made. I miss scrapping but I had to finish something first before I scrap my heart away :)
First, a page using FAITH TRUE’s Red Banner Day, just one of the samplers you can find in the Shabby Pickle Designs Pickle Barrel. It’s COMING SOON :)
{ Learning }

This is my goddaughter Serine playing with my daughter’s toy typewriter :)
And another one of my layouts using MK Designs (at the Digichick) August Grab Bag. The GRAB BAG for this month is packed with wonderful goodies. How many MBs you say? Well, over 330mb of wonderful yummy goodies :)
As usual, full credits can be seen in my DST gallery :)
Ladies, I would also like to share with you these goodies:
Zakirah, has made a wonderful NEW kit which will be up at Scrapmatters soon. So for a teaser, here it is:

I can’t post the page I made with it yet but this kit has to be my favorite kits from Zakirah so far! :) While it is not here yet, why don’t you check out her shop at Scrapmatters to see her other products? Just click here.
Check out these goodies from Color Line Designs:
First, the AFFIRMATION kit from Boyerville Scraps:

Affirmation is the ultimate positive expression. You get 10 beautifully textured papers (two of them photographic scenes), and plenty of semi-transparent whimsy and glittery elegance. Also included is a caps alpha.

This kit is packed with old world charm. From dirty old papers, to an antique brooch.
Chris Young’s Splash of Color kit:

You can buy the element pack and paper pack separately :) I just love the color combination of this kit :)

Are you in the mood for something deliciously soft and chic? Well look no further than this gorgeous kit Country Chic. This kit is fantastic value, with 8 beautifully patterned and textured papers and 25 softly, shabby elements including a wonderfully textured wooden alpha
Take care ladies and Happy scrappin! :)
